Your card details are captured on Worldpay’s secure servers and are not stored on any Java Connection system. No Java Connection employee has access to your card details.

We accept cheques from a UK bank account. Once you have filled your basket with goodies, print the checkout page and send us the payment with the printout. Please make sure the item codes you have ordered are shown on the printout. If not, just write them on by hand. For UK customers we normally use first class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (usually next day but this is NOT guaranteed) or Special Delivery Next Day. Heavy or bulky items may be sent via a parcel delivery service. For delivery outside the UK we use Royal Mail International Services, and again no guarantee of delivery times is given. Yes, you can enter a different delivery name and address such as a place of work, or somebody else at another address. However, please note that we do reserve the right to decline to ship your order to a different address, or at all, if we believe there is a risk of fraud. This may particularly occur for high value orders or for non UK addresses. We will contact you if there is a problem.

We do not offer a gift wrapping service at the moment. However, silver products are sent in decorative batik boxes, batik pieces have either a presentation pouch or box, and bags are shipped with a protective pouch.

For UK orders up to £100 there is a £2.50 delivery charge for the first item plus £1 for each additional item up to a maximum of £7.50, orders over £100 go free. Within the EU for orders up to £200 there is a charge of £7.50 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item, orders over £200 go free.
