Delivery

We aim to despatch your goods on the first working day following receipt of your order, subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If we don’t have something in stock we will advise you by email as soon as possible. You may opt to put your item(s) on back order, choose an alternative or cancel your order altogether.

We can deliver in the UK and internationally.

UK

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail, either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery Next Day. In either event, a signature will be required on delivery and you should receive your goods 3-4 working days after your order has been accepted. Heavy or bulky items may be sent via a parcel delivery service. Orders over £100 are delivered free. For orders up to £100 the delivery charge is £2.50 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item up to a maximum of £7.50.

European Union

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets service. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery following acceptance of your order. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders over £200 are delivered free, otherwise the cost for posting is £7.50 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item up to a maximum of £12.50.

Rest of the World

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets service. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery following acceptance of your order. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders over £250 are delivered free, otherwise the cost for posting is £10.00 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item up to a maximum of £15.50.
